This 14 week program is for High School athletes who are looking to improve their defensive player skills.
THIS WINTER TRAINING SEASON WILL FOCUS ON:

➡️Conditioning
➡️Athletic perseverance
➡️Coordination & Balance and more!!
DETAILS:
* 26 training sessions (mid Nov- end Feb - twice per week)
* Wednesday nights & Sunday afternoon
* Athletic benchmarking - beginning and end to track development
* Smaller group sessions for hands on training - 10
