We are happy to announce our new 10 week program this fall for girls U12 and U10 - INTRO TO GIRLS FLAG FOOTBALL. This is an ideal program for girls who want to play flag football but are looking to develop their fundamental skills before joining a bigger co-ed league. This is a fun and safe environment for girls who want to learn more about football. 

Details are as follows: 

WHAT: 

- Introductory flag football program for girls 

- 10 weeks, once a week for 2 hours sessions

- Fundamental football skills: passing, catching, route running, game rules, footwork, flag pulling, conditioning 

- Progress from the fundamentals to putting it together in small scrimmages/games

- Ideal for girls who have not played football and are looking to develop their fundamental skills and confidence in a comforting environment before signing up to participate in bigger leagues

WHO:

- Girls born in 2012 to 2015

- U12 and U10 

WHEN & WHERE:

- Sundays from Sept 8 - Nov 10 (10 weeks) 

- Bill Struck Field at Riverside Park >> SEPT 8 - SEPT 29

- Fountain Street Sports Complex – Field 2 (artificial turf) >> OCT 6 - NOV 10 

- U10's (born 2014/2015) > 9AM - 11AM
- U12's (born 2013/2012) > 11:30AM - 1:30PM 

COST: 

- $300 per player 

- Get T-shirt and Mouth guard 

REFERRAL PROGRAM:
