We are happy to announce our new 10 week program this winter for U14 and U16 athletes - SPEED CLINIC. This is an ideal program for aspiring football players who are interested in improving their speed. In collaboration with coach Chad Forde from the KWTFA this is a fun and safe environment for athletes who want to increase their speed on the field through proper mechanics and running techniques.

Chad is a dedicated former track and field athlete and football player with a passion for optimizing performance through plyometric speed training. Born and raised in Cambridge, Chad has come through the same programs such as Cambridge Lions Football.
With years of experience competing at various levels, he has honed his expertise in explosive speed, agility, and strength, essential for both sprinting and football. Specializing in short-distance sprints, Chad combines track techniques with football's dynamic movements, focusing on improving acceleration, lateral quickness, and overall power.
Chad is particularly skilled in plyometric drills designed to enhance muscle elasticity, reaction time, and neuromuscular coordination.
By integrating jump training, bounding exercises, and speed drills, Chad helps athletes achieve peak performance on both the track and the field. Passionate about sports science and training innovation, Chad constantly seeks new methods to push the limits of speed and athleticism.
